Prior to the purchase of our house “work had to be done” to make the lender give sell us a loan. Basically for this house we had to do some spring cleaning and repair a few minor items… nothing a days work couldn’t cure.
These pictures are actually how we got the house, we went in and made it look like this. Check out my other pictures of this house to see how it looked when I first viewed it prior to even making an offer. Lots have changed already!
The kitchen after a good scrubbing of the floors, and the counter top.
Looking out the back door after cleaning all spider webs, flooring, and paneling on the walls.
The back deck all cleared off and ready for a party… ok not really but it can be walked on safely now.
A look inside the downstairs bedroom after a serious vacuuming and wall wiping.
The front porch needs more work than a spring cleaning but this actually looks probably 100x better than it did. No more spider webs down 2ft. You can clearly see the roof and gutter issues in this picture too.
After cleaning the floor and wall down stairs it was a different room. The walls obviously needed paint still but no more spider webs in the corners or dirt almost 1/4″ thick on the floor.
So, this is what we started with.
